Service Description
40 minute session foot reflexology massage. Careful attention given to areas of the foot that correspond to the ancient understandings of the map of the entire body. Reflexology has been used for 100's of years as a treatment for a wide range of health conditions, particularly where direct therapy is difficult to achieve. There are strong overlaps in theory between reflexology and acupuncture. The treatment starts with a warming damp towel wrap and is undertaken with minimal or no lotion or massage cream. Not suitable for people with fungal infections of the toes, athletes foot, verrucas or warts.
